Introduction

These user terms apply when you download, access, or use Frobox. By continuing to use the app, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms.

If the terms change, the updated version will apply from the time it is published or otherwise made available inside the app or on this page.

What the App Provides

Frobox provides tools for household freezer inventory management, including food record creation, photo import or capture, categories, quantities, units, freezer locations, frozen dates, planned use dates, notes, thawing notes, local reminders, remaining quantity changes, before-and-after organization comparisons, local statistics, local exports, coins, and StoreKit recharge features.

The app is intended for personal organization and everyday household inventory tracking. It is not a recipe community, social network, nearby discovery product, live cooking product, chat product, or public content publishing service.

Local-First Use

The app is designed as a local-first project. Freezer inventory records, photos, compare records, settings, and local profile data are mainly stored on the current device. The app does not provide cloud sync, cloud backup, artificial intelligence processing, or server-side inventory storage as part of the current product scope.

You are responsible for keeping backup copies of important records and exported files. Deleting the app, clearing device storage, or deleting local account data may remove local information from the device.

User Materials

Content that you input, upload, save, record, or export through the app remains under your ownership. You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and backup of your own freezer records, photos, notes, and exported materials.

Food Safety Note

Planned use dates, reminder states, and category storage suggestions are organizational references only. They are not professional food safety, nutrition, medical, legal, warranty, resale, or financial advice. You should use your own judgment and follow applicable food safety guidance when deciding whether food is safe to use.

Coins and Recharge

Coins are an in-app virtual balance used for supported local tool functions, including one-time advanced operations, local exports, local inventory reports, advanced Compare actions, batch organization tools, capacity extensions, advanced filters, local statistics, and similar local utility features.

Coin packages are purchased through Apple StoreKit and fulfilled after the App Store reports a verified transaction. Coin balances have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money, cannot be transferred, and may only be used inside the app where supported.

Coins are not used for tipping, gifts, rewards, donations, creator payments, live features, community content, friend interactions, or user-to-user transfers. Refunds, billing disputes, and App Store purchase records are handled according to Apple's policies and applicable law.

Rules of Use

While using the app, you must not:

• submit illegal, abusive, deceptive, infringing, or harmful material
• misuse the app or attempt to bypass purchase, security, or access controls
• interfere with App Store transaction processing or StoreKit fulfillment
• use the app to store or distribute material that violates the rights of others
• use the app in a way that could damage, disable, overload, or impair the service

Proprietary Rights

The app and its original software, interface design, visual assets, product names, and related intellectual property are owned by us or our licensors. Use of the app does not transfer ownership of those rights to you.

Service Disclaimer

The service is offered as available and without warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory. We do not guarantee that the app will always be available, accurate, secure, compatible with every device, or free of defects.

Damage Limitations

To the fullest extent allowed under applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential losses arising from the service, your records, purchase processing, local data loss, reminder accuracy, or inability to use the app. Where exclusion is not legally possible, liability will be limited accordingly.

Termination

You may stop using the app at any time. We may limit, suspend, or end access when necessary to protect the product, our users, purchase systems, or legitimate business interests.

Final Provisions

These terms work together with the privacy policy and form the complete agreement related to the service. If any provision is unenforceable, the rest will remain effective.
